Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how Axium Labs collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit the site, request access, join Discord channels, or use Axium services.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to Axium Labs websites, request-access forms, Discord onboarding, trade alert services, email communications, and related support. It does not apply to third-party websites, payment processors, Discord, Cloudflare, or data providers that operate under their own policies.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including name, email address, Discord handle, requested tier, risk acknowledgement, and communications with Axium.
We may also collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited, timestamps, form-security signals, and service logs. If paid billing is added, payment information may be processed by a payment provider rather than stored by Axium.
3. How We Use Information
- Review access requests and manage Free, Pro, or Founders Club access.
- Operate Discord role assignment, alerts, reports, and member communications.
- Send service messages, administrative notices, and, where permitted, marketing communications.
- Improve the website, alert delivery, security, abuse prevention, and product quality.
- Maintain records, troubleshoot issues, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Consent and Communications
By submitting a form or using the service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information for the purposes described in this Policy. Where required by law, Axium will seek additional consent for optional uses.
Commercial electronic messages will be handled with consent, identification, and unsubscribe practices intended to align with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages, but Axium may still send service or transactional notices related to your account or request.
5. Disclosure
Axium may disclose information to service providers that help operate the website, forms, email delivery, hosting, security, analytics, payments, Discord access, or customer support. Axium may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce terms, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer.
Axium does not sell personal information.
6. Retention and Security
Axium keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Security controls are designed to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Cross-Border Processing
Some service providers may process or store information outside your province, territory, state, or country. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or regulators in that jurisdiction.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. You may also withdraw consent for optional uses, although doing so may affect access to the service.
For privacy requests, email admin@axiumlabs.ca with the subject line "Privacy Request". Axium may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Cookies and Analytics
The site may use cookies, local storage, logs, or analytics tools to operate the service, understand page performance, detect abuse, and improve user experience. Browser settings may let you block cookies, but some features may not work correctly.
10. Minors
Axium is not intended for minors. Do not submit personal information if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
11. Updates
Axium may update this Policy as the service changes. The posted version is the current version unless a different effective date is stated.
