Risk Disclosure

Options trading is speculative, leveraged, and not suitable for every investor. Read this disclosure before using Axium alerts or placing any trade.

Last updated: April 26, 2026

1. Options Risk

Options involve substantial risk and may result in the loss of the entire premium paid, commissions, fees, and other trading costs. Short-dated and zero-day options can move rapidly, become illiquid, or expire worthless in minutes.

You should review the official options disclosure materials available through your broker and the OCC Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options before trading listed options.

2. No Suitability Review

Axium alerts are generalized and are not based on your personal financial situation. Axium does not determine whether a trade is suitable for you, whether you can afford the risk, or whether the trade is permitted by your broker, account type, tax status, or jurisdiction.

Canadian investors should understand that offering investment advice or dealing in securities can require registration. You can check registration information through your local securities regulator or the Canadian Securities Administrators' National Registration Search.

3. Alert and Execution Risk

Alerts can be delayed, missed, duplicated, edited, or delivered after a price has changed. Discord, internet connectivity, mobile notifications, broker systems, market data, and exchange conditions can all affect delivery and execution.

You are responsible for order type, limit price, quantity, position size, broker routing, stop management, exits, tax treatment, and all resulting gains or losses. Never assume you will receive the same fill, exit, or P&L shown in any alert or example.

4. Market, Liquidity, and Slippage Risk

Options may have wide bid-ask spreads, low open interest, low volume, fast price changes, exchange halts, assignment or exercise issues, and pricing errors. Market orders may fill far from expected prices. Limit orders may not fill at all.

5. Leverage and Position Sizing

Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A small move in the underlying stock or index can create a large move in the option. Do not allocate capital you cannot afford to lose, and consider using position-size limits, daily loss limits, and maximum drawdown limits.

6. Performance Illustrations and Axium Position Manager Analysis

Axium Position Manager is Axium's internal exit-management and replay engine. It analyzes available trade records and market data to evaluate stop movement, trailing logic, runner handling, and trade-close scenarios. When Axium refers to Position Manager results, replay results, tuned route research, profit factor, win rate, P&L, or similar figures, those figures are performance illustrations derived from that internal system analysis.

The homepage study is an internal system-analysis illustration based on an April 25, 2026 analysis of 91 option trades with available option bar data from March 2 through April 23, 2026. The figures are provided to explain how Axium's alert and exit-management system analyzed historical trade activity under stated assumptions. They are not brokerage statements, customer account results, personalized projections, investment advice, a promise of performance, or a representation that any member, subscriber, or account achieved or will achieve similar results.

Different assumptions, data availability, fill quality, position sizing, commissions, broker fees, subscription costs, taxes, liquidity, timing, spreads, partial fills, rejected orders, platform outages, and user execution choices can materially change outcomes.

Important: Performance illustrations, replays, optimized tests, and backtests have inherent limitations and may overstate or understate actual trading outcomes. They are prepared with the benefit of historical data and do not remove the risk of loss. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to any figure shown by Axium.

7. No Guaranteed Results

No alert, strategy, parameter set, market sentiment report, Axium Position Manager route policy, or optimization process can guarantee profits or prevent losses. Past results, screenshots, examples, and research studies are not reliable indicators of future performance.

8. Taxes, Fees, and Broker Rules

Trading may create tax consequences, commissions, exchange fees, regulatory fees, margin requirements, pattern-day-trading issues, or account restrictions. Consult a qualified tax or financial professional and review your broker's rules before trading.

9. Your Responsibility

If you use Axium, you agree that every trade decision is yours. You should independently verify alerts, use your own risk controls, and be prepared to close positions manually if needed.
